Join us on the Main Street in Beaver on September 19th at 10AM as our community comes together for a spectacular America250 parade celebrating heritage, pride and the American spirit! Expect a morning filled with marching bands, creative floats, community groups, veterans, and plenty of red, white, and blue! This is more than a parade, this is a moment to celebrate who we are, where we’ve been, and where we are headed!
And the celebration doesn’t stop there…
Directly following the parade, the festivities continue at Fort McIntosh, conveniently located within walking distance of the Main Street! Enjoy a lively atmosphere featuring history, entertainment, family friendly activities, and more! Discover the importance of the fort built during the America Revolution in 1778 on a plateau above the Ohio River.

Parade Rules & Guidelines
General Rules
All participants must check in at assigned staging times.
Entries must maintain safe spacing.
No unsafe behavior or reckless driving permitted.
Follow directions from parade officials and safety personnel.
Float & Vehicle safety
Floats must be structurally sound.
No jumping on/off moving vehicles.
Generators must be secured.
Drivers must be licensed & insured.
Max float height is 12ft.
Conduct & Decoration
Decorations must be appropriate for a family-friendly event.
No offensive messaging.
To maintain the celebratory and nonpartisan nature of the America 250 Parade, political statements, elected officials, endorsements, campaign materials, or displays advocating for any political party, candidate, or issue will not be permitted during the event. All participants are expected to ensure that attire, signage, decorations, music, and presentations remain focused on honoring the nation’s history, unity, and shared heritage.
Failure to comply may result in removal from parade. The parade committee reserves the right to deny any application or participation request that does not align with parade guidelines, standards, or the overall purpose of the event.

Open to school-aged children
Decorate your bike at home using a patriotic theme
Bring your decorated bike to the parade staging area the morning of the event, more details to follow!
Check-in at the designated “Bike Parade” area
Ride in the parade alongside other participants
Guardians must accompany children
How it works
Helmets are required for all riders
All children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times
Bikes must be in safe working conditions
No motorized/electric bikes, scooters, or vehicles permitted
Maintain a safe pace and distance from others during the parade
Decorations must be securely attached to the bike
No sharp objects or loose materials that could fall into the roadway
This is a family-friendly event, no inappropriate or offensive themes
Participants must follow all directions from parade staff and volunteers
No throwing items into the crowd
