Beaver County’s Liberty Bell

As part of the Bells Across PA program for America250, Beaver County proudly presents its custom-designed Liberty Bell replica, a vibrant piece of public art that tells a uniquely local story designed and painted by artist Ana Truqui.

One side of the bell features a painted tribute to Fort McIntosh, Beaver County’s only Revolutionary War site and a landmark of national significance. The artwork honors the region’s role in America’s founding era and recognizes the courage, strategy, and sacrifice tied to this historic frontier post.

On the opposite side, the bell showcases a bridge, a powerful symbol of connection, progress, and community. The imagery reflects Beaver County’s enduring identity as a place where history and modern life intersect, where rivers unite towns, and where collaboration builds the future.

Together, these two visuals capture the spirt of America250 by honoring the stories that shaped us, celebrating the connections that sustain us, and inspiring what comes next! More than a sculpture, Beaver County’s Liberty Bell is an invitation to reflect, explore, and to take pride in the people, places, and legacy that continue to define our communities.
